Through this simulation, I have come to a deeper understanding of the KPIs involved in car dealership management. I now understand the overall operation process of a 4S business. I have learn that it is unwise to pursue one-sided business performance. Instead, one should keep the big picture in mind. Dr. Bisset and Mr. Knox worked very hard over many months in customizing this simulation to fit our purposes. They are truly exceptional business partners.
