Action Learning Management & Leadership Development Programs Including VILT

We design and implement highly practical, action-learning Development Programmes for Managerial Skills at first-line, middle and senior management levels. Our Leadership development programmes address today’s needs of increased agility in a VUCA world. SB&A’s philosophy is that participants ‘learn by doing’: our programmes are designed incorporating clients’ organisational competencies, values and specific traits, to make the learning sustainable and effective. We believe that the content of effective developmental programmes should always refer to actual business cases, through the use of real-life exercises and activities and work hand-in-hand with the client in the design stage.

To make our clients’ initiatives sustainable and effective in the long term, we have developed the SB&A Mobile App that is fully customised to the Programme and the specific client’s needs.  The SB&A Mobile App provides a modular, fully tailor-made solution for post-intervention sustainability that is proving to be an extremely efficient, solution for anyone involved in development programmes – a quick, to-the-point solution with a clear, trackable measurement of success.

Our Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) is delivered in a virtual or simulated environment, when instructor and learner are in separate locations. This enables our clients to cut costs and still deliver quality, customised programmes to participants in diverse regions. This is part of our Blended Learning Design Process.

Case Study: A Strategic Action-Learning Project

We were asked to design a leadership behaviours programme for first-line managers in a multi-national bio-medical company.  This was based on their aggregate Talent Audit results from the HR Chally position profile and the HFM Learning Agility Assessment*.  The 1-day programme consisted of the following needs being addressed: deepening self-awareness and understanding how to develop their learning agility.  The programme was the foundational basis for strengthening their leadership pipeline.
